Why Use Employee Surveys?
Anonymous Employee Surveys strengthen the communication between the senior management and the employees. When employees can safely share their opinions, they are more likely to express their true feeling about the organization and management. Provides insights into management performance, and employee frustrations otherwise not easily expressed. Surveys further empower employees by giving them a direct, unfiltered, line of communication to the senior management. Asking employees for their opinion builds trust within an organization improving the culture and dynamics that ultimately drive employee engagement and productivity.
